SEC. 7A. And be it further enacted, That the State Board
of Examiners is hereby authorized to appoint or employ, sub-
ject to the approval of the Executive Committee of the Mary-
land State Association of Graduate Nurses, a registered nurse
who has had not less than five years' experience in her profes-
sion, who may be one of the members of the Board of Exam-
iners, to act as visitor and inspector of training schools for
nurses. Such visitor and inspector shall act under the direction
of said Board of Examiners to the end that it may be con-
versant at all times with the course of study and training as
it is carried on in the training schools for nurses in the State;
and also that said training schools may be informed of the
requirements, hours of duty, and course of study approved by
said Board of Examiners, and that they may be assisted through
said visitor and inspector in maintaining the standards re-
quired by said Board of Examiners, in accordance with this
Act The Compensation of the visitor and inspector of train-
ing schools shall be five dollars ($5. 00) for each day actually
engaged in this service, with traveling and other expenses
incurred in the discharge of her official duties and shall be
paid from the fees received by the Board of Examiners.
SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That the State Board
of Examiners of graduate nurses may revoke any certificate
for sufficient cause, but before this is done the holder of said
certificate shall have thirty days' notice, and after a full and
fair hearing of the charges made, by a majority vote of the
whole Board, the certificate may be revoked.
SEC. 9. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the First day of June, 1916.

AN ACT to repeal the Act of 1882, Chapter 491, entitled "An
Act to protect the property of manufacturers, bottlers and
dealers in mineral waters, porter and other beverages from
the loss of their founts, kegs, bottles and boxes, " and known
as Sections 201, 202, 203, 204, 205, 206 and 207 of Article
27 of the Code of Public General Laws of 1888, title
"Crimes and Punishments, " sub-title "Mineral Waters, Por-
ter and Other Beverages, " as amended by Chapter 262 of
