be placed on said "Disabled Firemen's List, " and the widow
shall be entitled to receive a pension from, the State of two
hundred and forty dollars ($240) annually, to be paid by the
Treasurer of the Maryland State Firemen's Association dur-
ing widowhood, and each of the children of said deceased fire-
man shall receive a pension from the State of sixty dollars
($60) per annum, to be paid by the Treasurer of the Mary-
land State Firemen's Association, until they each attain the
age of fourteen years.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted. That the Secretary of
the State shall on or before the 20th day of the months of
September, December, March and June, of each year, certify
to the Comptroller of the State, the sum of money necessary
for the payment of said pensions for the current quarter as
provided by Sections 1 and 2, and the Comptroller shall on
or before the first day of the months of October, January,
April and July, issue his warrant on the Treasurer of the State
in favor of the Treasurer of the Maryland State Firemen's
Association for the amount so certified, which amount shall be
distributed by said Treasurer according to the list aforesaid.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the sum of Eigh-
teen hundred dollars ($1, 800), or so much thereof as may be
necessary, is hereby appropriated annually out of any moneys
in the Treasury of the State not otherwise appropriated, to
carry into effect the provisions of this Act
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect on the first day of June, 1916.

AN ACT to incorporate The Baltimore Transit and Terminal
Company, a railroad corporation; to authorize the transfer
of all or a part of its stock to The Mayor and City Council
of Baltimore as an inalienable holding in perpetuity; to
authorize The Mayor and City Council of Baltimore, in
consideration of such transfer, to grant to said The Balti-
