82A, providing when county taxes shall become due and the
penalties for non-payment when overdue.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by "the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new Section be and the same is hereby added to
Article 11 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Frederick County," sub-title "County Commissioners," to be
known as Section 82A, providing when County taxes shall be-
come due and the penalties for non-payment when overdue, and
to read as follows:
SECTION 82A. All county taxes shall be due as soon as they
are levied, anad if not paid on or before the first day of Sep-
tember of the year in which they are levied shall bear interest
from that date until paid at the rate of six per centum per
annum, and at any time after the first day of January next
succeeding the date of the levy, and not before, payment may be -
enforced by sale as provided by law.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect at the expiration of the term of office of the present
County Treasurer of Frederick County.

County," sub-title "County Commissioners," and to re-enact
the same with amendments.

Article 2 of the Public Local Laws, title "Anne Arundel
