be sealed with the corporate seal of the Mayor and Council of
Salisbury.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That the sum of two thousand
dollars ($2,000.00) of the principal of the said bonds shall be
paid on the first day of April, A. D., 1920, and two thousand
dollars ($2,000.00) on the first day of April of each and every
year thereafter until the whole of the said bonds is retired.
And the said bonds shall be numbered consecutively from num-
ber one (1) and shall be redeemed and paid as numbered; pro-
vided, that the Mayor and Council of Salisbury may at their
option, after giving at least six months' notice in one or more
newspapers published in the City of Salisbury, prior to the first
day of April, A. D., 1930, of their intention so to do, redeem
all of the said bonds not theretofore paid as provided in this
Act. And the Mayor and Council of Salisbury shall annually
levy a tax the year preceding, at the regular levy, to meet and
pay the interest on the said bonds when issued, and to meet and
pay the bonds as they shall become due, from time to time, and
the taxes so levied shall be collected as other taxes are collected
and shall be kept as a fund to be used only for the payment of
the said interest and principal.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That all the bonds authorized to
be issued by this Act shall, be issued, if at all, prior to the first
day of January, A. D., 1917, and that the said bonds shall be
issued only when so provided by ordinance.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the said bonds shall be ex-
empt from State, county and municipal taxation, and shall not
be sold for less than par.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from and after its passage.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 713 of the Acts of 1912 of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, entitled "An Act for the further
protection of wild fowl in the State of Maryland, and to re-
enact same with amendments," and re-enact the same with
amendments.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 713 of the Acts of 1912 of the General As-
