SEC. 1. And be it further enacted, That the Board of Direc-
tors of the said Young Women's Christian Association of Balti-
more City shall consist of not less than fifteen nor more -than
twenty-one directors.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the Board of Direc-
tors shall be elected by ballot by the electors as prescribed in
the Constitution of said Association, in April, 1914, and that in
said elections one-third of said directors shall be elected to
serve until the fourth Monday of January, 1915, and another
third of said directors shall be elected to serve until the fourth
Monday of January, 1916, and the other third of said directors
shall be elected to serve until the fourth Monday of January,
1917. Beginning with the fourth Monday of January, 1915,
one-third of said directors shall be elected by the electors as
prescribed in the Constitution of said Association to hold office
for three years, from the fourth Monday of January, 1915, or
until their successors shall be elected. If any vacancies occur
in said Board, the Board shall have power to fill the unexpired
term of said Board of Directors.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 552.
AN ACT for the further protection of pheasants, partridges or
quail, woodcock, wild turkey and rabbits in Garrett County.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall not be unlawful to hunt, trap, ensnare,
shoot or kill any pheasant, partridge or quail, woodcock or wild
turkey in Garrett County, except during the month of Novem-
ber in each year, and it shall not be lawful to hunt, trap,
ensnare, shoot or kill any rabbit in Garrett County, except
during the months of November, December and January of
each year; nor shall it be lawful at any time to sell or expose
for sale in Garrett County, or ship or transport out of Garrett
County any pheasant, partridge or quail, woodcock or wild
turkey, except as hereinafter provided.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall be lawful to buy and
sell rabbits in Garrett County during the months of November,
December and January of each year and to ship the same out of
