PHILLIPS LEE GOLDSBOROUGH, GOVERNOR. 923

CHAPTER 542.

AN ACT to add a new Section to Article 27 of the Code of the
Public General Laws of Maryland of 1904, the said Section to
be known as ection 95-A of said Article 27.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That a new Section be added to Article 27 of the Code
of Public General Laws of Maryland of 1904, the same to be
known as Section 95-A and to follow immediately after Section
95 of the said Article 27, and to read as follows:

SEC. 95-A. Any person who shall enter upon the land or
premises of any other person, whether such person be the owner
or lessee of said land or premises, and wilfully act in a disorderly
manner by making loud and unseemly noises, or by profanely
cursing or swearing or using obscene language while thereon,
shall upon conviction thereof be sentenced to pay a fine of not,
less than one dollar and not more than twenty-five dollars, and
to the costs of the prosecution; and the several justices of the
peace of this State shall have concurrent jurisdiction over such
offense with the Circuit Courts for their respective Counties;
and when said fine and costs are not paid, the parties so con-
victed shall be committed to the County jail for a term not
exceeding thirty days or until discharged in due course of law;
provided, however, that the provisions of this Section shall only
apply to Montgomery County and Prince George's County.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

Approved April 13th, 1914.

CHAPTER 543.

AN ACT to prohibit the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors;
within two miles of the District of Columbia line in election
district No. 12, of Prince George's County, Maryland.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall not be lawful for the Board of Liquor
License Commissioners, or any person or persons who may be
authorized by any Act of the General Assembly of Maryland
to issue license for the sale of spirituous or fermented liquors
in Prince George's County, Maryland, to issue any such license
to any person or persons, firm or body corporate to sell spirituous
