918 LAWS OF MARYLAND.
SECTION 1, Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Wiliam T. Johnson of Dorchester County be and
he is hereby authorized and empowered to construct and erect
a wharf on the west side of Fishing Bay at Hollands Point on
Goose Creek in Dorchester County near the end of, the County
road on land belonging to said William T. Johnson and Mrs.
Mary O. Robinson, said wharf to extend into Goose Creek for
a distance not to exceed 150 yards, the outer end of said wharf
not to exceed 90 feet in width.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 538.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments, Sections 106 A
106 B, 106 C and 106 D, of Article 8 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County," sub-title
"County Commissioners," as enacted by Chapter 387 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1894," Chapter
6 of the Acts of 1910, Chapter 150 of the Acts of 1910, and
Chapter 625 of the Acts of 1908.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 106 A, 106 B, 106 C and 106 D of Article 8
of the Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Cecil County,"
sub-title "County Commissioners," be and the same are hereby
repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as
follows:
SEC. 106 A. The County Commissioners of Cecil County shall
be elected and hold office in accordance with the following pro-
visions, viz.: The County shall be divided into three Commis-
sioners' Districts as follows: The First, Second and Third Elec-
tion Districts shall constitute the First Commissioner's Dis-
trict ; the Fourth, Fifth and Ninth Election Districts shall con-
stitute the Second Commissioner's District; the Sixth, Seventh
and Eighth Election Districts shall constitute the Third Com-
missioner's District. A County Commissioner from the First
Commissioner's District shall be elected at the general election
held in 1916 and every third year thereafter; no person shall
be eligible as a candidate for said County Commissioner unless
be shall be a resident of said Commissioner's District at the
