Hancock and the question of said bond issue may again be sub-
mitted to the voters of Hancock, qualified as provided in this
Section of this Act, in the manner provided in this Section of
this Act, the result of which new election to have the same force
and effect as is herein provided for the election hereinabove first
mentioned. The Burgess and Commissioners of Hancock shall
pay all the expenses of said election, or elections, and for each
such election, the Judges and Clerk officiating thereat shall re-
ceive the sum of Two Dollars each.

The provisions of the aforegoing Sections 241-X, 241-Y and
241-Z are further made vsubject to the condition that if bonds to
the amount of Thirty Thousand Dollars be issued under the
provisions of Chapter 33 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of Maryland of the year 1910, then no additional bonds shall
be issued under the provisions of said aforegoing Sections 241-
X, 241-Y and 241-Z.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 526.

AN ACT to add a new Section to Article 4 of the Code of Public
Local Laws, title "City of Baltimore," sub-title "Miscella-
neous Local Laws," to follow Section 516 and be designated
as Section 516-A.

AN ACT to appropriate a sum of money to pay the claim of

Jessie J. Dalrymple for balance of salary due him for services

rendered by him as Distributing Clerk in the State Tobacco

Warehouse, during the years nineteen hundred and eight and

nineteen hundred and nine.
