to vote at elections for Burgess and Commissioners of said town.
The Burgess shall give at least ten days' notice of the date,
place and the hours for holding said election, by printed hand-
bills, posted in ten or more conspicuous places in said town, the
polls at said election shall be kept open not less than six hours:
Said election shall be by ballot, by printed ballot, which shall
indicate the voter's choice in favor of the issue of said bonds by
the words "For the Water and Sewer Fund," and in disap-
proval of the issue of said bonds by the words "Against the
Water and Sewer Fund." The form of notice of said election
shall be substantially as follows, filling up appropriately the
blank spaces, giving the place, date and time:

'' Notice is hereby given by the Burgess of Hancock, that pur-
suant to a resolution of the Burgess and Commissioners of Han-
cock, an election will be held at——————————————, in
the town of Hancock, on—————————————————, the
—————day of——————————————, —————, for the pur-
pose of submitting to the qualified voters of Hancock the question
of the issue of bonds not exceeding the amount of Thirty Thous-
and Dollars, to be known as '' The Water and Sewer Fund,'' for
the purposes set forth in an Act of the General Assembly of
Maryland passed at its January Session of the year 1914, entitled
'An Act to add additional Sections to Article Twenty-two of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Washington
County," sub-title "Hancock," to follow Section 241P of said
Article as enacted by Chapter 315 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of Maryland of the year 1906, and to be known as
Sections 241Q, 241 R, 241S, 241T, 241U, 241V, 241 W, 241X,
241Y, 241Z and 241 AA, authorizing the Burgess and Commis-
sioners of Hancock to construct, operate and maintain a system
of water works, and a system of drains, or sewers, and to issue
and sell bonds to pay for the same, in whole or in part, and to
do other matters relating to the same.''

The polls will open at———————————o'clock, and close at
o'clock. All votes cast shall be by ballot, and

all voters desiring to vote in favor of said bond issue shall cast
a ballot with the words, '' For the Water and Sewer Fund,'' and
all voters desiring to vote in disapproval of said bond issue shall
cast a ballot with words "Against the Water and Sewer Fund."
