for 1914 in Allegany County, to levy the sum of thirty-seven
hundred and seventeen dollars and forty-four cents ($3,717.44);
provided the said County Commissioners shall find, after due
examination, that the said James Schuyler was entitled to the
allowance hereinabove referred to, and pay over the same to the
said sureties as follows:
To James B. Dixon and John B. Dixon, administrators for
David Dixon, one of the said sureties, the sum of $348.40; to
John S. Phillips, one of said sureties, the sum of $452.83; to
Leonard Kolmer, one of said sureties, the sum of $452.83; to
Michael Winn, one of said sureties, the sum of $94.43; to
Joseph S. W. Harris, one of said sureties, the sum of $452.83;
Bridget M. Moran, administratrix of Daniel J. Moran, one of
said sureties, the sum of $452.83; to David M. Evans, one of
said sureties, the sum of $452.83; to William Dodds, one of
said sureties, the sum of $94.83; to Harry Thomas, one of said
sureties, the sum of $452.83; to William A. Mclndoe, one of
said sureties, the sum of $452.83.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That this Act shall take effect from the date of its
passage.

CHAPTER 497.
AN ACT to authorize the Police Commissioners of Baltimore City
to pay to Frederick Ellers, a former policeman of the Balti-
more City Police Department, a weekly pension of ten dollars.

CHAPTER 498.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 65 of
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland as en-
acted by Chapter 495 of the Acts of 1908, title "Baltimore
County,'' sub-title '' County Commissioners,'' and to add two
additional Sections to said Article to be known as Sections
65-A and 65-B, and to repeal Section 336 as amended by
Chapter 317 of the Acts of 1910 of said Article, the whole so
amending the provisions of said Article as to provide for in-
creasing the number of County Commissioners of Baltimore
