SECTION 1. Be it enacted, That it shall not be lawful to shoot
or trap foxes in Cecil County, for the purpose of bartering and
selling, and any person or persons having any fox or fox hide
in their possession shall be deemed guilty of the above offense,
unless they can produce satisfactory proof that will lead to the
principal of the offense.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That it shall not be lawful
for any person or persons to be found upon the premises of
another with any trap upon his person, or to molest the den
of any fur or hair bearing animal by any human device, or to
set any trap, snare, deadfall or device, without first having upon
his person the written permission of the owner or agent of such
premises to do so.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, Any person or persons
violating any of the provisions of the above Acts, shall be
deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and upon conviction thereof
shall pay a fine of not more than Twenty Dollars or not less
than Ten Dollars for each offense with costs of prosecution, pro-
vided, however, that any person may protect his premises
against the depredators of any fur bearing animal at any time,
in any way or manner.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That these Acts shall take
effect from the dates of their passage.

CHAPTER 465.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 332 to
341, both inclusive; and Sections 343, 345 to 364, both inclus-
ive, and Section 366, of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local
Laws of Maryland, as enacted by Chapter 495 of the Acts of
1908, title "Baltimore County," sub-title "Highways Com-
mission, '' to repeal Section 342 of said Article and to enact a
new Section in lieu thereof to be likewise known and num-
bered as Section 342, and to repeal Section 368 of said Ar-
ticle, and Section 195-A of Chapter 791 of the Acts of 1912,
entitled "An Act to repeal and re-enact with amendments
Section 195-A of Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of Maryland, title "Baltimore County," as enacted by Chap-
ter 84 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of
1910," and to add one new Section to said Article to be
