said County Commissioers for the necessary money, provided
always, that the limit of twenty-five thousand dollars imposed
by this Act be not exceeded.
SEC. 11. And be it enacted, That the said Building Com-
mittee shall from time to time, report to the County Commis-
sioners what sum or sums of money will be needed and the
County Commissioners shall thereupon proceed to negotiate the
sale of said bonds or so many thereof as may be necessary to
realize the amount of money then needed.
SEC. 12. And be it enacted, That the said Building Com-
mittee shall have full power and authority to contract for the
sale or removal of the old Court House, or such part or parts
of the same, as they may deem proper and the proceeds thereof
shall be paid to the County Commissioners and shall become a
part of the Court House fund.
SEC. 13. And be it enacted, That the Court House authorized
to be built by this Act shall not be begun until the first day of
June, 1914, and the County Commissioners shall thereafter
provide suitable offices for the Court and County officers, as
they may deem proper, at the expense of Calvert County, and
the costs to be paid by a special levy until the new Court House
and offices have been completed.
SEC. 14. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 437.
AN ACT to repeal under certain conditions Chapter 720 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1912, and to
re-enact said Act, with amendment, to authorize and direct
the County Commissioners of Calvert County to subscribe to
the capital stock of the Baltimore and Virginia Railroad Com-
pany.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Calvert County be and
they are hereby authorized and directed, in the name of and for
said Calvert County, to subscribe for and hold shares of the
capital stock of the Baltimore and Virginia Railroad Company,
a body corporate, duly incorporated under the laws of the State
of Maryland, to the amount of one hundred 'thousand dollars.
