SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That Section 14 of Article
99 of the Code of Public General Laws, in so far as the same
applies to Charles County be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 6.

AN ACT to repeal Chapter 103 of the Acts of 1888, and as
amended by Chapter 236 of the Acts of 1890, (the said
Chapter 103 being entitled "An Act to Incorporate the
Town of Hyattstown, in Montgomery County. ")

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 103 of the Acts of 1888, and as amended by
Chapter 236 of the Acts of 1890, (said Chapter 103 being
entitled "An Act to Incorporate the Town of Hyattstown, in
Montgomery County, ") be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 7.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 245-E
of Article II of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland,
title '' Frederick County, '' sub-title '' Frederick, " as the same
was enacted by Chapter 57 of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1908.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 245-E of Article II of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Frederick County, " sub-title
"Frederick, " as the same was enacted by Chapter 57 of the
Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland of 1908, be and the
same is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments, so as
to read as follows:
