SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect

AN ACT to repeal Section 97-BB of Article 21 of the Code of
Public Local Laws of Maryland, title "Talbot County," sub-
title "Easton," as passed by the General Assembly of Mary-
land at the January session of 1906, Chapter 458, as amended
by Chapter 440 of the Acts of 1908.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 97-BB of Article 21 of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Maryland, title "Talbot County," sub-title "Eas-
ton," as passed by the General Assembly of Maryland at the
January session of 1906, Chapter 458, as amended by Chapter
440 of the Acts of 1908, be and the same is hereby repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

promote the industry of Oyster Culture in Maryland, to define
and mark natural oyster beds, bars and rocks lying under the

amendments Sections 83, 84, 89, 90, 93, 98, 103, 104, 105,
