358 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

powered and directed to compel the owners of all lots fronting
or abutting on the herein described Streets, Avenues or Roads
as laid out on the two Plats of Overlea and Addition to Overlea
recorded among the Plat Records of Baltimore County, in Plat
Book J. W. S. No. 2, folio 77, and Plat Book J. W. S. No. 2,
folio 196, to lay or cause to be laid cement sidewalks or footways
as herein provided:

AVENUES ON ADDITION TO OVERLEA.

Both sides of Maple Avenue to the west side of the intersec-
tion of Maple and Linden Avenues.

Both sides of Overlea Avenue to the west side of the inter-
section of Overlea and Linden Avenues.

Linden Avenue on the east side from Maple Avenue to Elm
Avenue.

Beach Avenue on both sides from Kenwood Avenue to its in-
tersection with Elm Avenue, excepting twenty-five feet on each
side from the center of a stream crossing this Avenue, on ac-
count of a ravine or gully there located.

Elm Avenue on its north side to its intersection with Beach
Avenue.

Elm Avenue on its south side from Belair Avenue to the west
side of Linden Avenue.

AVENUES ON ORIGINAL OVERLEA PLAT.

Walnut Avenue west from Cedar Street to the entrance of the
Maryland School for the Blind, on both sides.

Chestnut Avenue west from Belair Road to intersection of
Oak Street, on both sides.

Overlea Avenue west from Belair Road to Cedar Street, on
both sides.

Overlea Avenue west from Hickory Street to Evergreen Ave-
nue, excepting fifty feet on each side of the center of a stream
crossing same, on both sides.

Maple Avenue west from Belair Road 200 feet west of Oak
Street, both sides.

Poplar Avenue west from Belair Road to a point 200 feet
west of Oak Street, on both sides.

Locust Avenue from Cedar Street west to a point 100 feet
west of Oak Street, on both sides.

Both sides of Evergreen Avenue northerly from Maple Ave-
nue to a point embracing ten feet of lot No. 421 on plat, situated
on the south side of said Avenue.
