SEC. 33-A. No inspection shall be made for any person, his,
their, or her agents, other than provided in above Section, ex-
cept upon payment of the charges therein provided.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its pasage.

CHAPTER 235.
AN ACT to provide for the re-payment to B. H. Warner by the
State of Maryland and also by Montgomery County for cer-
tain duplication of taxes.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Treasurer of the State of Maryland be directed
to pay to B. H. Warner the sum of eleven dollars and forty-one
cents on account of duplication of payment of State tax upon
the improvements assessed against lot 20, Kensington Heights,
Montgomery County, Maryland, for the years 1903 to 1909,
inclusive. And be it further enacted, That the Treasurer of
Montgomery County be directed to pay to B. H. Warner the
sum of fifty-five dollars and ninety-three cents on account of
the duplication of payment of the County tax on the improve-
ments against the property mentioned aforesaid, for the period
aforesaid.
SEC. 2. Be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts incon-
sistent with the provisions of this Act are hereby repealed.
SEC. 3. Be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect from
the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 236.
AN ACT to repeal Section 16 of Article 10, of the Public General
Laws of Maryland, entitled "Attorneys at law and Attorneys
in fact," and re-enact the following in lieu thereof, with a
penalty for the violation thereof.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 16 of Article 10 of the Public General Laws
of Maryland, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted,
so as to read as follows:
