offices of the State; three copies to the Public Service Commis-
sion of Maryland; one copy to each of the following officials,
boards and institutions of the State; the Governor, the Secre-
tary of State, the Attorney-General, the Comptroller, the Treas-
urer, the Commissioner of the Land Office, the State Insurance
Commissioner, the State Tax Commissioner, the State Reporter,
and Codifier, the State Auditor, the State Bank Commissioner,
the Adjutant-General, the Commander of the State Fishery
Force, the State Fire Marshal, the Commissioner of Motor
Vehicles, the Mine Inspector, the Mayor of Baltimore City, the
City Librarian of Baltimore, the State Roads Commission, the
Shell Fish Commission, the State Board of Education, the Board
of State Aid and Charities, the State Board of Health, the
Maryland Hospital for the Insane, the Springfield State Hos-
pital, and to such other officials or boards as the State Library
Committee shall designate; the remainder of said copies to be
deposited in the State Library for public use and subject to
the order of the State Library Committee.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved March 30th, 1914.

CHAPTER 208.

AN ACT to refund Theo. W. Dize and Edward Phillips, a sum. of
money paid by them to the Comptroller of the Treasury of the
State, and covered into the Treasury of the State, for license
to dredge for oysters with the sloop Mabel, which sloop was
wrecked about four months prior to the expiration of the said
license.

WHEREAS, Theo. W. Dize and Edward Phillips, on the 31st
day of October, A. D., 1913, procured a license from the Comp-
troller of the Treasury for the sloop Mabel to dredge oysters for
the season ending March 15th, 1914.

WHEREAS, The said sloop Mabel was wrecked on the seventh
day of November, 1913, about four months before the expiration
of said license, said license only having run up to the time of the
loss of said sloop; therefore,

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of .Mary-
land, -That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to issue his warrant upon the Treasury
