forty-two and fifty-two one hundredths dollars, being moneys
erroneously paid into the State Treasury as tax on the gross,
receipts of the said Company for the years ended January
31, 1910, and January 31, 1911.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 207.
AN ACT providing for the purchase by the State of Maryland of
certain copies of '' The Reported Opinions of Judge Mc-
Sherry, '' by Judge N. Charles Burke, and for the distribution
thereof, and making an appropriation therefor.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the State Librarian be and she is hereby authorized
and directed to subscribe for two hundred (200) copies of "The
Reported Opinions of Judge McSherry," prepared by Judge
N. Charles Burke for the use of the State of Maryland.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That upon the delivery of said two
hundred copies of "The Reported Opinions of Judge Mc-
Sherry '' to the State Librarian, she shall certify the fact of such
delivery to the Comptroller of the Treasury, who is thereupon
authorized and directed to issue his warrant on the State Treas-
urer for the sum of Eight hundred dollars ($800) to the order
of the Editor of said work, in payment therefor; and that said
sum of Eight hundred dollars ($800) be and the same is hereby
appropriated to pay for said copies.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the State Librarian
shall distribute copies of said Avork as follows: One copy to each
of the Circuit Courts for the Counties of the State; one copy to
each of the Courts for Baltimore City; one copy to each of the
Orphans' Courts of the State; one copy to each of the Boards
of County Commissioners of the State; one copy to each of the
Clerks' Offices of the Circuit Courts for the Counties of the
State; one copy to each of the Clerks' Offices of the Courts of
Baltimore City; one copy to each of the Register of Wills offices
of the State; one copy to each of the Sheriffs' offices of the State;
one copy to each of the Boards of County School Commissioners
of the State; one copy to each of the Boards of Supervisors of
Election of the State; one copy to each of the State's Attorneys
