posed the bond which has been given under the provisions of
this Act shall be put in suit for the recovery thereof.
SEC. 12. And be it enacted, That no further license for the
sale of spirituous, fermented and intoxicating liquors or lager
beer shall be required to be taken out or any further license
fee for said purpose to be paid by any licensee under this Act
for State, County or Municipal purposes.
SEC. 13. And be it enacted, That all Acts or parts of Acts in-
consistent with the provisions of this Act (so far as the same
may be so inconsistent) be and the same are hereby repealed;
SEC. 14. And be it enacted, That the provisions of this Act
shall take effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 175.
AN ACT to change the boundaries of. Riverdale District in Prince
George's County and to provide for the proper registration of
the legal and qualified voters thereby affected.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the boundaries of Riverdale Election District (No.
19) in Prince George's County, Maryland, be, and the same are
hereby changed so that the boundaries of sale District shall be
within the following metes and bounds, and practically by the
following courses, that is to say: Beginning at a point on the
Washington and Baltimore Boulevard, now known as State
Road No. 1, said point being the southwest corner of River-
dale where it joins the town of Hyattsville, thence with the cor-
porate limits of Hyattsville easterly to the Baltimore and Ohio
Railroad tracks, thence southeasterly to a gate on the prop-
erty of Charles A. Machem near the gravel hill on the Edmon-
ston Road, thence southerly with the said Edmonston Road to
the southwest corner of said Machem's property; thence with
the southern and eastern boundary lines of said Machem's
property easterly to intersect the southern boundary line of the
property owned by Ringgold W. Browning, Trustees, now
known as Melrose; thence with the southern and eastern boun-
dary lines of said Browning's property to the northeast corner
of said property; thence easterly to the southeast corner of
Thomas Pickford's property, thence northerly with the eastern
boundary of said Pickford's property to the southeast corner
