for shall have been paid, and the bond, when necessary under
the provisions of this Act shall be given, filed and approved.
No other license fees, State, County or municipal, shall be paid
by said club except provided for in this Section.

SEC. 4. And be it enacted, That no license under this Act
shall be issued for longer than one year and all licenses shall
expire on the first day of May, in each year, if issued for a
shorter period the licensee shall pay for every month for which
license is to run until the first of May, one-twelfth for an annual
charge for such license.

SEC. 5. And be it enacted, That the Clerk of the Circuit
Court for Washington County shall keep a full record of all
applications for licenses made by clubs under the provisions of
this Act, and all recommendations for and remonstrances against
the granting of any license or licenses thereon, whether the same
be granted or refused to be granted, and such record shall be
kept and preserved in the clerk's office and be open to the in-
spection of the public.

SEC. 6. And be it enacted, That no licensee under this Act
shall knowingly sell, furnish, or give any intoxicating, spiritu-
ous or fermented liquors or lager beer to any habitual drunk-
ard or to any person whose parent or parents, guardian, hus-
band, wife, son, daughter, brother or sister or committee shall
have given notice to said club licensee, through its secretary or
executive officer, that such person is of intemperate habits, and
requesting that no such liquors as aforesaid shall be sold by
said licensee to said person, and no license under this Act shall
knowingly sell, barter or give any intoxicating, spirituous or
fermented liquors or lager beer to any person who is a minor or
under twenty-one years of age.

SEC. 7. And be it enacted, That no licensee under this Act
shall sell or permit to be sold at its club house or club rooms
to any person intoxicating, spirituous or fermented' liquors or
lager beer, on any day on which an election is now or may be
hereafter required to be held, except that said licensee in cases
of municipal elections shall only be required to refrain from
selling or permitting to be sold in towns where said elections
are held.

SEC. 8. And be it enacted, That it shall be unlawful for any
licensee under this Act to sell any spirituous or fermented
liquors or lager beer to any person between the hours of twelve
