SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That all Acts or parts of
Acts inconsistent herewith be and the same are hereby repealed,
except that all prosecutions for offenses committed prior to the
passage hereof shall be in accordance with the provisions of Sec-
tion 4 of Chapter 27 of the Acts of 1908, prior to the amend-
ment thereof by this Act.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 159.
AN ACT to repeal and-re-enact with amendments Section 41 of
Article 56 of the Code of Public General Laws of Maryland,
entitled "Licenses," sub-title, "Mode of Issuings."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 4, of Article 56, of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of Maryland, titled, "Licenses," sub-titled, "Mode
of Issuing," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted
with amendments so aa to read as follows:
SEC. 4. If any person who has taken out a license shall die,
his widow, or her surviving husband, executor or administrator
may carry on business under such license for the residue of the
time covered by such license.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That thia Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 160.
AN ACT to amend Article 27 of the Code of Public General
Laws, title "Crimes and Punishments," by inserting therein
two Sections to follow Section 322 thereof, and to be known
as Sections 322-A, 322-B, under sub-title "Street Pianos."
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Article 27 of the Code of Public General Laws, be
and the same is hereby amended by addition thereto of two
Sections, to be known respectively as Sections 322-A, 322-B, to
follow Section 322 of the said Article, as now enacted, under the
sub-title, '' Street Pianos,'' and to read as follows:
