mouth of Ferry Creek on Bay side, and Bogle's Wharf, on.
Chester River Side. Said blinds and sink boxes not to be
placed at any point not greater than four hundred yards from
shore. Any person or club before shooting from said box or
blind must first obtain a license from the Clerk of the Court of
Kent County, for which they shall pay the sum of Twenty
Dollars ($20.00) for sink box and Five Dollars ($5.00) for
float blind. The privilege of shooting from sink box or float
blind on Chester River, between the aforementioned points shall
only be exercised on Mondays, Fridays and Saturdays
of every week during the open season, and any one violating
this Section shall be deemed guilty of misdemeanor, and upon
conviction thereof shall be fined not less than Five Dollars
($5.00) nor more than Fifty Dollars ($50.00) and upon failure
to pay said fine, shall be imprisoned in the County Jail for
thirty days for each offense, one-half of said fine to be paid to
the informer.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 864.

AN ACT to promote and encourage provocational and continua-
tion school training by making an appropriation to the Board
of School Commissioners of Baltimore City for the establish-
ment of a vocational school.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the sum of ten thousand dollars ($10,000.00), be
and the same is hereby appropriated out of the funds in the
State Treasury, not otherwise appropriated, to the Board of
School Commisioners of Baltimore City for the establishment
of a prevocational and continuation school.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
