4. To the bequest of $100.00 contained in the last will and
testament of Christian F. Hunt, late of Carroll County, de-
ceased, to the German and English Lutheran Emanuel Church
of Manchester, Carroll County, Maryland, "to be invested by
the proper officers of said church and the income arising there-
from to be used in keeping the lot and grave of the testator and
his family, who are buried on his lot in the cemetery adjacent to
said church, in good order, also the head or monuments or
marker to be kept in good order particularly, if all the income
arising from said investment is not needed for attending to
said lot in keeping it in good repair, the surplus arising there-
from shall be used for the benefit of said cemetery."
5. To the bequest to the Wardens and Vestry of All Saints
Protestant Episcopal Church, Frederick, Md. (correct title, the
"Vestry of All Saints Parish in Frederick County"), contained
in the will of Sara Andrew Shafer, late of La Porte, Indiana,
where said will is recorded.
6. To the gifts and bequests contained in the will of the late
Sara Morelock, admitted to probate in the Orphans' Court of
Carroll County and recorded in the office of the Register of
Wills of said County in Will Record W. A. No. 11, folio 144,
as follows: (a) To the Trustees of St. Benjamin's Evangelical
Lutheran Church (Krider's), the sum of $100.00 in trust, to
be invested by them in some safe investment and the interest
accruing thereon from year to year shall be used for the pur-
pose of keeping the lot of the said Sarah Morelock, and the
whole square of which said lot is a part, in Krider's Cemetery,
under perpetual care and in good condition forever; and (b) to
St. Benjamin's Evangelical Lutheran Church, the sum of
$300.00 to be used for whatever purpose it may be needed,
except for pastor's salary.
7. To a deed and conveyance to the Trustees of Whatcoat
Methodist Episcopal Church of Snow Hill, Maryland, from the
Trustees of Whatcoat Methodist Episcopal Chapel in the town
of Snow Hill, dated June 4, 1913, and recorded among the Land
Records of Worcester County, Maryland, in Liber O. D. C. No.
14, folio 187.
8. To the legacy to the Lutheran Church of Leitersburg,
Maryland, contained in the last will and testament of Mary
A. Tritle, late of Washington County, State of Maryland, de-
ceased, probated in the office of the Register of Wills of said
County on November 4, 1913.
