1506 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

States (correct title—Board of Foreign Mission of the General
Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the United States
of America) ; the Board of Church Extension of the General
Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the United States
and the "Women's Mission Society (correct title—The Woman's
Home and Foreign Missionary Society of the General Synod of
the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the United States), and
to the holding of said lota of ground and the sale, mortgage
or other disposition thereof by said corporations; (j) and to
the bequest of one hundred dollars and the contingent bequest
of one thousand dollars to each of the said, the Board of Home
Missions, the Board of Foreign Missions and the Board of
Church Extension above named as contained in the last will
and testament and codicils thereto of Mary E. Sauerwein, said
will being recorded in the office of the Register of "Wills of Bal-
timore City in Wills Liber HWJ No. 111, folio 156; (k) to the
bequest as contained in the last will and testament of Florence
Baily, of three hundred dollars to the Trustees of the Baltimore
Society of the New Jerusalem Church, a body corporate of the
City of Baltimore, said will being of record in the office of the
Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills Liber HWJ No.
117, folio 241, etc.

(50) To the following gifts, bequests and devises to certain
religious corporations, denominations or sects as contained in
last wills and testaments of the following named persons: (a)
To the bequest of fifty dollars to the Vestry of Holy Trinity
Parish of Carroll County, Maryland, the interest accruing there-
from to be paid annually to keep in order the Warfield grave
lot at Saint Barnabas' Church, Sykesville, Maryland, as con-
tained in the last will and testament of Manelia E. S. Jenkins,
deceased, of record in the office of the Register of Wills for
Carroll County in Wills Record Liber WA No. 11, folio 122;
(b) to the devises contained in the last will and testament of
Margaret H. Jones, deceased, of record in the office of the Reg-
ister of Wills for Carroll County in Liber WA No. 11, folio
148, of all those two ground rent issuing out of two lots in Balti-
more City, in the State of Maryland, and being the first and
second lots described and conveyed in the deed of H. Webster
Growl and wife to Margaret H. Maynard, dated December 10th,
1883, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City
in Liber JB No. 989, folio 62, etc., yielding each $150.00 unto
the Trustees of Saint Paul's Methodist Episcopal Church of
New Windsor Circuit, New Windsor, Carroll County, Maryland,
