PHILLIPS LEE GOLDSBOROUGH, GOVERNOR. 1505

Roman Catholic Church, a corporation sole, from the following
corporations and individual persons: (a) From St. Joseph's
Passionists Retreat in Baltimore County, a corporation, dated
June 15th, 1892, and recorded among the Land Records of Bal-
timore City in Liber JB No. 1398, folio 559, etc.; (b). From
Loyola Perpetual Building Association of Baltimore City, a
corporation, dated December 31st, 1893, and recorded among
the Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber RO No. 2053,
folio 75, etc.,; (c) From Overlea Realty Company of Baltimore
County, a corporation, dated June 18th, 1913, and recorded
among the Land Records of Baltimore County in Liber WPC
No. 413, folio 547; (d) From Leo J. Garvey, dated October
3rd, 1912, and recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore
County in Liber WPC No. 400, folio 382, etc; (e) From Henry
B. Norton, dated March 28th, 1913, and recorded among the
Land Records of Baltimore City in Liber SCL No. 2808, folio
313, etc., and to the holding of the lots of ground by said deeds
conveyed to the sale, mortgage or other disposition thereof;

(f) To the bequest contained in the first codicil of the last
will and testament of Thomas J. Morris, of the sum of five
hundred dollars to the Trustees of the First Independent
Church, corner of Franklin and Charles Streets, Baltimore City,
said will being recorded in the office of the Register of Wills
of Baltimore City in Wills Liber HWJ No. 113, folio 181, etc.;

(g) To the bequest contained in the last will and testament of
Siegert Uller Muller of the rest and residue of his estate to
the Trustees of Broadway German Methodist Episcopal Church
of South Broadway, Baltimore City, said will being recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills for Baltimore City in
Wills Liber HWJ No. 113, folio 205, etc.; (h) To the bequest
contained in the last will and testament of Frederick Naumann
of one hundred dollars to the Baltimore Society of New York
Jerusalem Church, Baltimore City, said will being recorded in
the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Wills
Liber HWJ No. 115, folio 230, etc.; (i) To the devise in remain-
der of four lots of ground in Baltimore City on the north side
of Fayette Street, known as 1040, 1042, 920 and 924 West
Fayette Street, and the reversions therein and the separate
annual rents of fifty-two dollars and fifty cents, fifty-two dol-
lars and fifty cents, fifty-one dollars and ninety dollars issuing
and payable thereout respectively, to the Board of Home Mis-
sions of the General Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church
in the United States, the Board of Foreign Missions of the Gen-
eral Synod of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in the United
