Commissioners are hereby directed to pay annually to the prop-
er authorities of the incorporated towns in the County, three-
fourths of such part of said road and bridge taxes as may be
realized each year from the property within the limits of the
respective towns. Nothing herein contained shall be construed
to prevent the County Commissioners of Prince George's County
from levying in addition to the road and bridge fund herein
provided for, or from appropriating any sum or sums of money
necesary for the building of roads under any State Aid Road
law now or hereinafter in force in this State, but on the con-
trary the said County Commissioners shall each year levy an
amount necessary to take up such funds as they may think
will be provided by the State authorities in the succeeding year
for State-aided roads in Prince George's County, and it shall
be the duty of said County Commissioners to use the amount of
said levy to carry on as far as possible a scheme of construction
of State-aided roads in Prince George's County, and all powers
given the authorities of Prince George's County by the General
Laws of the State for the purpose of building such roads are
hereby especially confirmed and vested in the Board of County
Commissioners of Prince George's County.
The Board of Road Directors created by Chapter 90 of the
Acts of 1910, shall immediately upon the passage of this Act.
pay over to the Board of County Commissioners all sums of
money on deposit to the credit of said Board of Road Directors
or in their hands or control individually or otherwise, which
are a part of the road and bridge funds received by said Board
of Road Directors from the County Commissioners or from the
Board of Liquor License Commissioners of Prince George's
County and said Board of Road Directors and Board of County
Commissioners shall pay over to the Board of County Com-
missioners the amount on deposit to the joint credit of the
said Board of Directors and the Board of County Commissioners,
said fund being known as "Redemption and Interest Account"
and "Equipment Fund," and said Board of Road Directors
shall immediately, after the passage of this Act, surrender to
the Board of Road Directors hereby created all personal prop-
erty, equipment, machinery, etc., which has been purchased by
them or by the Road Engineer, mentioned in said Act of 1910,
from time to time for the use of the public highways of said
County.
SEC. 285. All monies for the use of roads and bridges in
Prince George's County from whatsoever source the same may
