1400 LAWS OF MARYLAND.

hereinabove specified in Section 3 of this Act; and the Comp-
troller of the Treasury of this State shall levy the same State
taxes on the shares of the capital stock of all banks, State and
National, and other incorporated institutions and companies of
this State, the shares of whose capital stock are liable by law to
assessment and taxation.

SEC. 8. And be it further enacted, That the actual cash
proceeds of the sales of the bonds or certificates of indebtedness
to be issued under this Act shall be paid to the Treasurer of this
State upon the warrant of the Comptroller, and such proceeds
shall be used exclusively for the purposes set forth in this Act,
and the Treasurer of the State on the warrant of the Comp-
troller shall pay said sum or sums of money herein appropriated
for the objects and purposes herein specified, to or upon the
order of the person or persons, or body politic or corporate re-
spectively entitled thereto, to wit:

Maryland State Normal School Building Commission, for
completing the Maryland State Normal School, $225,000;

City of Frederick Armory Commission, for the completion
of the State Armory in the City of Frederick, $11,500;

City of Salisbury Armory Commission, for the completion of
the State Armory in the City of Salisbury, $10,500;

City of Annapolis Armory and Convention Hall Commission,
for the completion of the State Armory and Convention Hall in
the City of Annapolis, $25,000;

Springfield State Hospital, for completing Reception Hos-
pital, $60,000; for building for tubercular patients, $50,000;

Spring Grove State Hospital for completing Hospital build-
ing, $75,000; for cow barn and dairy, $5,000;

Crownsville State Hospital, for completing Administration
Building, $70,000; for building for criminal insane, $20,000;
for water supply and sewerage, $10,000;

Eastern Shore State Hospital, for completing present plans,
$100,000;

Rosewood State Training School, for buildings, roads and
repairs, $28,000;

Fourth Regiment Armory Building Commission, for the ac-
quisition of a suitable site for an armory for the Fourth Regi-
ment, Maryland National Guard; any balance remaining after
the acquisition of said site to be applied toward the erection
upon said site of a suitable armory, $200,000;
