CHAPTER 767.

AN ACT to amend Article 10 of the Code of Public Local Laws
of the State of Maryland, title "Dorchester County," sub-
title "Wild Fowl," by adding new Sections thereto, to follow
Section 320, to be designated as Sections 321A-1, 321A-2,
321A-3, 321A-4, 321A-5, 321A-6, 321A-7 and 321A-8.

SECTION 321A-1. That it shall be lawful for the citizens of
Hooper's Island or Election District No. 6 of Dorchester County
to shoot wild fowl in or from sink boats or sink boxes in the
waters of Honga River and Tar Bay, that part of Tar Bay
north of a straight line drawn from the southern end of the
bridge between the Upper and Middle Hooper's Island due
west until it strikes the Barren Island Bar.

SEC. 321A-2. That it shall be lawful for the citizens of the
Neck or Election District, No. 8 of Dorchester County to erect,
set or maintain booby blinds, stake blinds or similar artificial
blinds for the purpose of shooting wild fowl on a line drawn
from Mills Point in a northeastward direction in the waters
of Brannocks or Trippes Bay to the southeast corner of what
is known as the Great Flats, and from thence to what is known
as Weir Point or Orchard Marsh, the said blinds above re-
ferred to not to be less than three hundred yards apart meas-
ured in a straight line.

SEC. 321A-3. That it shall be lawful for the citizens of Dor-
chester County in all of the waters of said County, and the
waters used in common by Dorchester County with other
Counties, except the waters of Brannocks Bay or Trippes' Bay

and tributaries, regulation for shooting of wild fowl in being
provided by Section 321A-2 of this Act, to erect, maintain or

set booby blinds, stake blinds or other similar artificial blinds
in said waters for the purpose of shooting wild fowl at a dis-
tance from the natural shore, at mean low-water mark, not

exceeding three hundred yards and not less than five hundred
yards apart measured in a straight line.

SEC. 321A-4. That it shall be unlawful for any person or
persons to erect or maintain or set a booby blind or similar
