twenty-five dollars, or be confined in the County Jail for a
period of not less than ten nor more than thirty days.
Any person failing to comply with the regulations and rules
of the National Board of Fire Insurance Underwriters Asso-
ciation for the interior wiring of a house or building shall be
subject to a forfeiture of his license and shall not thereafter
have issued to him for such work another license within a period
of one year from the date of forfeiture.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That all moneys accumu-
lating from the operation of this Act shall be applied first
to such expenses as may be incurred thereby, and any accumu-
lated balance existing at the end of the fiscal year shall be
added to the general funds of said County.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its. passage.

CHAPTER 744.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 3 of the
Charter of the Town of Takoma, in Prince George's and Mont-
gomery Counties, Maryland, as the said charter was enacted
by Chapter 480 of the Acts of the General Assembly of Mary-
land at its session of 1890, and amended by Chapter 558 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of 1894, by Chapter 310 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of 1896, by Chapter 117 of
the Acts of the General Assembly of 1900, and by Chapter
100 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1906, by Chapter
526 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1910, and by
Chapter 750 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1912.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 3 of Chapter 480 of the Acts of the General
Assembly of 1890, entitled "An Act to incorporate the Town
of Takoma Park, Montgomery and Prince George's Counties,
amended by Chapter 558 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1894, by Chapter 310 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1896, by Chapter 117 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1900, by Chapter 100 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1906, by Chapter 526 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1910, and by Chapter 750 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1912, be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted so as
to read as follows:
