CHAPTER 710.

AN ACT to repeal Section One and Section Nine of Chapter 147
of the Acts of the General Assembly of Maryland, passed at its
January Session, 1906, entitled "An Act to incorporate the
Mortgage Loan and Guarantee Company,'' and to re-enact the
same with amendments.

CHAPTER 711.

JLN ACT to pay Mary E. Rimmcy, widow, the claim of William
H. Rimmey, her husband, for extra work done and materials
furnished by him in the erection of a schoolhouse, outbuildings
and fence for the Board of School Commissioners of Balti-
more County at Mount Winans, in the Thirteenth Election
District of Baltimore County, and to authorize the State
Comptroller and the State Treasurer to deduct the same from
any moneys payable by the State of Maryland for school pur-
poses to Baltimore County.

(Vetoed.)

CHAPTER 712.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 80 of
Article 3 of the Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title
"Baltimore County," sub-title "County Treasurer."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 80 of the Code of Public Local Laws of
Maryland, title "Baltimore County," Sub-title "County Treas-
urer," be and the same is hereby repealed and re-enacted, to
read as follows:

80. The Treasurer of Baltimore County, in addition to his

duties as Treasurer of said County, shall be the collector of all
State and County taxes for said County which may be levied
by the County Commissioners. Before entering upon the duties
of his office he shall take an oath before the Judge of the Circuit

Court for said County, faithfully to perform the duties of the
same. He shall execute to the State of Maryland such bond

as is now or may hereafter be required by law, as the collector
of State taxes, in tke penal sum of thirty thousand dollars,
