SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That no camp meeting
or bush meeting shall last for a longer period than fifteen days,
and the license for the same shall be so drawn, as to show
the date upon which said meeting is to begin, and the date
of the termination thereof, and the persons, corporations or.
religious body or sect, holding said license, shall have the right
to hold said meetings for the period named in said license, sub-
ject however to be revoked for lawlessness or disorder, when
such a charge is brought and sustained before some Justice of
the Peace for said County.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That any violation of this Act
shall be punished with a fine of not less than ten dollars or more
than fifty dollars.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 699.
AN ACT authorizing and directing the County Commissioners of
Allegany County to issue bonds to the amount of Thirty Thous-
and ($30,000.00) Dollars, payable May 1, 1916, to redeem
Thirty Thousand ($30,000.00) Dollars, of bonds issued by the
County Commissioners of Allegany County under the author-
ity of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1912, Chapter 74,
and to relieve the Road Directors for Allegany County of the
payment of bonds issued under the Acts of 1912.
WHEREAS, By the authority of the Acts of the General As-
sembly of Maryland of 1912, Chapter 74, the County Commis-
sioners of Allegany County were authorized and directed to levy
to the Road Directors of Allegany County the sum of Forty
Thousand ($40,000.00) Dollars, for general road purposes in
Allegany County, and an additional sum of Twenty-five Thous-
and ($25,000.00) Dollars for permanent road work to be ex-.
pended under what is called the Shoemaker Law, in each of the
years 1912, 1913, 1914 and 1915, and that in addition to said
sums the County Commissioners aforesaid were authorized to
issue Ten Thousand ($10,000.00) Dollars of five per centum
(5%) bonds in the years 1912, 1913 and 1914, of which Twenty
Thousand ($20,000.00) Dollars of bonds have already been is-
sued and the remaining Ten Thousand ($10,000) Dollars are
