SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That said wharf when so con-
structed and erected shall be the property of the said Benjamim
E. Harrington, his heirs and assigns forever.
SEC. 3. And be it enacted, That said Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 690.
AN ACT to refund to E. A. Weimer, late Treasurer of Garrett,
County, Maryland, certain money erroneously paid by him
into the State Treasury as State taxes.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Comptroller of the Treasury be and he is hereby
authorized and directed to issue his warrant upon the Treas-
urer of the State of Maryland in favor of E. A. Weimer, late-
Treasurer of Garrett County, for the sum of One Hundred
and Fifteen Dollars and Ninety-seven Cents, the same being
for money erroneously paid by him into the State Treasury
as State taxes as follows, to-wit: The sum of Twenty-seven
Dollars and Forty-two Cents for the year 1904 and the sum
of Eighty-eight Dollars and Fifty-five Cents for the year 1905.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take.
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 691.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Section 23 of
Article 72 of the Code of Public General Laws of the State
of Maryland, title "Oysters," as amended by Chapter 804
of the Acts of 1912.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 23 of Article 72 of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laws of the State ef Maryland, title "Oysters," as
amended by Chapter 804 of the Acts of 1912, be and the same
is hereby repealed and re-enacted with amendments so as to
read as follows:
SEC. 23. Alter granting such license, the Comptroller shall
