PHILLIPS LEE GOLDSBOROUGH, GOVERNOR. 1167

Election District of Dorchester County, Maryland, a wharf or
road extending out into the waters of Honga River, a tribu-
tary of the Chesapeake Bay.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Honga Lumber Company, of Dorchester County,
Maryland, a body corporate under the laws of the State of
Maryland, be, and it is hereby authorized and empowered to
construct and use a wharf or road in front of the lands leased
by it from William F. Applegarth and Robert L. Simmons on
the Kirwan Neck Road, in Lakes Election District of Dorchester
County, Maryland, into the waters of Honga River, a tributary
of the Cheseapeake Bay, said wharf or road to extend from said
lands into said River a distance not exceeding three hundred
yards (300), and to be of a width not exceeding fifty feet, (50)
and to be immediately in front of the said lands, provided such
wharf or road be constructed and used on or before the 1st day
of January, 1915.

SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

Approved April 10th, 1914.

CHAPTER 684.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections 2, 3
and 6 of Chapter 84 of the Acts of 1912, entitled an "Act to
ratify and confirm the certificate of incorporation, to amend
the charter, and to enlarge the powers of the Youghiogheny
Power Company, a corporation duly incorporated and organ-
ized under the General Incorporation Laws of the State of
Maryland."

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Sections 2, 3 and 6 of the Act of the General As-
sembly of 1912, Chapter 84, entitled an "Act to ratify and
confirm the certificate of incorporation, to amend the charter
and to enlarge the powers of the Youghiogheny Power Com-
pany, a corporation duly incorporated and organized under
the General Incorporation Laws of the State of Maryland,"
be and the same are hereby repealed and re-enacted with amend-
ments so as to be and read, respectively, as follows:

2. That the capital stock of said company shall be increased
from one hundred thousand ($100,000) dollars, as limited in
