more, created under the provisions of Chapter 779, of the Acts
of 1912, for the purpose of paying the balance of the expenses
incurred by said Commission.

And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 639.

AN ACT to limit the liability of the Mayor and Aldermen of
Frederick for injuries done to person or property within the
corporate limits of Frederick.

(Vetoed.)

CHAPTER 640.

AN ACT to provide for the licensing and regulating outdoor
picnics and other forms of amusement in Prince George's
County.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That it shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm
or corporation to hold any picnic, dance, soiree, or other enter-
tainment out of doors in Prince George's County, to which the
general public are admitted, without having first obtained a
permit or license from the County Commissioners of Prince
George's County.

SEC. 2. And be it further, enacted, That the said County
Commissioners are hereby authorized and empowered to issue
such licenses and to prescribe such reasonable rules and regula-
tions in connection with their said issue as may seem right and
proper, and to require the payment of reasonable fees therefor,
said fees to be spent equally for schools and roads in said
County.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That any person, persons,
firm or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of
this Act shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon con-
viction thereof shall be fined not more than twenty-five dollars
($25.00) for each offense...

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
