the corporate limits of Mount Rainer, as set forth in Chapter
514 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1910. Precinct No.
2 shall comprise and consist of all the balance of the territory
in the said district, as the same was laid out and established by
Chapter 345 of the Acts of the General Assembly of 1906.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the polling place of
Precinct No. 1 shall be in the town of Mount Rainer at some
place in said precinct to be selected and designated by the Super-
visors of Election of Prince George's County.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That at the polling place
of Precinct No. 2 shall be in the Town of Brentwood at some
place in said precinct to be selected and designated by the
Supervisors of Election of Prince George's County.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That the Supervisors of
Election for the purpose of correcting and revising said books
of registry to conform to the provisions of this Act, in the
creation of said Precincts Nos. 1 and 2, of said district, shall
cause to be made up by the Clerk of said Board duplicate books
of registration for each precinct so formed under the provisions
of this Act, and there shall be transferred and inscribed in said
duplicate books of registry for each precinct the names of all
persons residing within the area of the precincts so constituted.
The voters comprising Precinct No. 1 shall consist of and con-
stitute all the qualified voters residing within the area com-
prising the corporate limits of the Town of Mount Rainer as
set forth in Chapter 514 of the Acts of the General Assembly
of 1910. The voters comprising Precinct No. 2 shall consist
of and constitute all the qualified voters residing within said
district not included and not residing within the area com-
prising the corporate limits of the Town of Mount Rainer, as
set forth in Chapter 514 of the Acts of the General Assembly of
1910; the said Supervisors of Election are hereby required to
deliver said new duplicate registeries to the registrars of voters
to be appointed for said new precincts at the same time that
other registration books are delivered or required by law to be
delivered for the annual registration of voters; and the said
Supervisors of Election are hereby authorized to appoint reg-
istration officers, judges and clerks of election for said precincts,
as said Board is authorized to appoint registration officers,
judges and clerks of election for the several election districts,
or other precincts of districts of Prince George's County. For
his services in inscribing the names in the duplicate registeries
of the two precincts hereby constituted, the said clerk shall re-
