SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 636.
AN ACT to divide Chillum District No. 17, in Prince George's
County, Maryland, into two precincts as said District was
created and established by Chapter 345 of the Acts of the
General Assembly of Maryland, Session, 1906, and to provide
for the proper registration of the voters therein and to be
known as Precincts Nos 1 and 2.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chillum District No. 17, in Prince George's County,
Maryland, be and the same is hereby divided into two precincts,
to be known and designated as Precincts Nos. 1 and 2, respec-
tively. Precinct No. 1 shall embrace that portion of said dis-
trict as established and laid out by Chapter 345 of the Acts of
the General Assembly of Maryland of 1906, as now comprising
