CHAPTER 597.
AN ACT to provide for the registering of farm names in the office
of the Clerk of the Circuit Court for Caroline County, State
of Maryland.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That any farm owner in Caroline County, Maryland, may,
upon the payment of a fee of one dollar ($1.00) to the Clerk
of the Circuit Court for said county, have the name of his or
her farm recorded in a register which the Clerk of the Circuit
Court shall keep for said purpose; and shall be furnished a cer-
tificate under seal by said clerk, setting forth the name and loca-
tion of the farm and the name of the owner.
SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That when any name shall
have been recorded as the name of any farm, such name shall
not be recorded as the name of any other farm in the said county.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

CHAPTER 598.
AN ACT to refund to the Baltimore and Belair Electric Railway
Company a sum of money erroneously paid by it into the
State Treasury for taxes.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Treasurer of the State of Maryland be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed upon the warrant of the Comp-
troller to pay to the Baltimore and Bel Air Electric Railway
Company the sum of $109.82, money erroneously paid by it into
the Treasury of Maryland for taxes for the years 1911 and 1912,
the same having been recommended by the Comptroller of the
State.
SEC. 2. And be it enacted, That this Act shall take effect
from the date of its passage.
