512 TITLES OF THE LAWS.

180. An act to amend the twenty-second Article of the
Code of Public General Laws, relating to Comptroller, by ad-
ding the two following sections, relating to the adjustment
of Claims against the State.

181. An act to authorize the Trustees of Primary School
District number thirty-one, of Frederick county, to sell and
convey a School House and Lot in said District.

182. An act to allow Perry Leizear, late Collector of Taxes
in the Fifth Collection District of Montgomery county, further
time to complete his Collections.

183. An act to amend the charter of the Mutual Fire In-
surance Company of Baltimore county.

184. An act to empower the county Commissioners of Wor-
cester connty to open a public road in the second and seventh
election districts of said county.

185. An act making appropriations for the support of the
Government for the year ending on the first day of January,
(1864,) eighteen hundred and sixty-four.

186. An act to authorize the county Commissioners of
Howard county to levy a certain sum, to be applied to build-
ing an addition to the county jail.

187. An act to repeal the thirty-sixth section of the thir-
teenth Article of the Code of Public Local Laws, authorizing

the Orphan's Court of Howard county to appoint a bailiff.

188. An act to change the name of Frederick Jerome
Ridgaway, an infant, of Baltimore city, to Frederick Jerome
Cahill.

189. An act to authorize the Trustees of Primary School Dis-
trict, number seventy-two, in Frederick county, to insure the
School House of said District, and the furniture thereof, in
the Mutual Insurance Company of Frederick county.

190. An act for the relief of Thomas B. Gaither, late Clerk
of the Circuit Court of Baltimore city.

191. An act to change the name of Wm. McKeown, of
Howard county, to William Crockett.

192. An act appropriating a sum of money for the claims
of Samson Cariss, James H. League, James Hopkins, Merry-
man and Young, Dunnett and Finney, Hiss and Austin, W.
J. Jewell, James Iglehart, William Wiggins, John Linden-
