149. An act to change the place of elections in the Tenth
Election District of Frederick county.
150. An act to amend the charter of the Hagerstown and
Sharpsburg Turnpike Company, passed at the January ses-
sion, eighteen hundred and fifty-three, chapter one hundred
and twenty-nine.
151. An act to incorporate the village of the Rising Sun,
in Cecil county, Maryland, passed January session, eighteen
hundred and sixty, chapter three hundred" and eighty-three,
and' to repeal the one hundred and sixty-five, one hundred
and sixty-six, one hundred and sixty-seven, one hundred and
sixty-eight, one hundred and sixty-nine, one hundred and
seventy, one hundred and seventy-one, one hundred and
seventy-two, one hundred and seventy-three and one hundred
and seventy-fourth sections, of the eighth Article, of the
Code of Public Local Laws, and to substitute in lieu of said
sections, the following sections, incorporating the village of
the Rising Sun, in said county.
152. An act to incorporate the Baltimore Tobacco Works.
153. An act to incorporate the German and English Evan-
gelical Lutheran Congregation of Manchester, Carroll county.
154. An act to amend section twelve of Article five of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled, Appeals, relating to
Prayers and Instructions in trials at law, and points and
questions to be decided on appeal.
155. An act to repeal the three hundred and fourteenth
section of Article ninety-three of the Code of Public General
Laws, relating to the Probate of Wills or Codicils, and to
insert in lieu thereof the following sections.
156. An act to amend the sixteenth Article of the Code of
Public General Laws, by adding thereto the following sec-
tions, relating to the powers of Courts of Equity in selling
lands.
157. An act to amend the one hundred and forty-sixth sec-
tion of the eighty-first Article of the Code of Public General
Laws, relating to the payments into the Treasury of certain
taxes received by Clerks and Registers of Wills.
