109. An act to make valid a deed from Charles Johnson to
Elizabeth and Franklin Duyer.
110. An act to amend an act entitled, a further supplement
to the act passed at January session, eighteen hundred and
sixty, chapter one hundred and ninety-six, changing the
Commissioner's appointed by the act of eighteen hundred and
fifty-eight, chapter one hundred and seventy-eight, for clear-
ing out Pocomoke river.
111. An act to repeal so much of Article four of the Code
of Public Local Laws, as authorizes the persons named in sec-
tion eight hundred and seven, to disburse the funds therein
provided, and to provide for the payment of the police force
now in the service of the United States, in the city of Balti-
more.
112. An act to amend the twenty-fifth section of the ninety-
fourth Article of the Code of Public General Laws, relating
to "Treasurer," and to provide for examining, cancelling and
burning the bonds and certificates of stock belonging to the
Sinking Fund.
113. An act to amend the twenty-third section of the thir-
ty-eighth article of the Code of Public General Laws, relating
to the bonds of Notaries Public.
114. An act to add new sections to article thirty of the
Code of Public General Laws, entitled crimes and punish-
ments, to provide for the punishment of persons who may sell
articles of merchandise being transported on canals, railroads
or highways, without the consent of the owner thereof.
115. An act to incorporate Rock Hill Institute under the
direction of the Brothers of the Christian Schools, Ellicott's
Mills, Howard county, Maryland.
116. An act to amend Article four of the Code of Public
Local Laws of Baltimore city, by repealing sections five hun-
dred and fifty-two, five hundred and fifty-three, five hundred
and fifty-four, five hundred and fifty-six, five hundred and
sixty-five and five hundred and sixty-six, in relation to the
inspection and cording of fire wood, and substituting in lieu
thereof the following sections relating to the same subject.
117. An act to authorize the Commissioners of Charles-
town in Cecil county, to convey to Benoni Cooling a lot or
parce of land in the town aforesaid.
