88. An act to provide for transcribing one of the Record
Books in the office of the Register of Wills for Allegany
county.

89. An act for the relief of John R. Story, late Sheriff of
Queen Anne's cou,nty.

90. An act to compensate Charles Townsend for services in
taking charge of the Senate Chamber and Committee Rooms,
during the recess of the Legislature.

91. An act for the relief of Eliza Ann Bassford,, by extend-
ing her term of instruction in the Maryland Institution for
the instruction of the blind.

92. An act for the relief of Robert Thompson, James R.
Thompson and Ford Combs.

93. An act to authorize the St. Vincent Infant Asylum of
the city of Baltimore, to bind out and control the destitute
children under their care.

94. An act entitled, An act to authorize the Trustees of
Primary School District, number nineteen, of Anne Arundel
county, to sell the lot of ground on which the old school house
is built, and to select a site and build a new school house in a
more central place, and to authorize the Commissioners of
Anne Arundel county to levy one hundred dollars on the as-
sessable property of said county for building said school
house.

95. An act to make valid a deed from Susan E. B. Yates,
formerly Susan E. B. Etherington, to Thomas H. Harris, of
Kent county.

96. An act to repeal section forty-seven of Article sixty-six
of the Code of Public General Laws, in relation to free ne-
groes coming into the State, and to enact the following ad-
ditional sections as a supplement to the original act.

97. An act to amend the twenty-first and twenty-second
sections of the fifty-sixth Article of the Code of Public Gen-
eral Laves, relating to the licenses of hawkers and pedlars.

98. An act to repeal an act entitled of a further additional
supplement to an act entitled, An act to establish and incor-
porate a Medical and Chirurgical Faculty or Society in the
State of Maryland, passed June session, eighteen hundred and
sixty-one, chapter forty-two, and to re-enact the same with
amendments.
