CHAPTER 24.

AN ACT to repeal an act to authorize the open-
ing of a public road in Howard and Montgomery
counties, passed on the second day of March,
eighteen hundred and sixty.
|
Act repealed.
|
SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the act to authorize commis-
sioners to open a road in Howard and Montgomery
counties passed on the second day of March eigh-
teen hundred and sixty of the January session of
the General Assembly of Maryland, chapter one
hundred and fifty-two, be and the same is hereby
repealed.

Commission-
ers authorized
to pay expense
incurred, &c.
|
Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the commis-
sioners of Howard county and the commissioners
of Montgomery county are hereby authorized to
pay such reasonable expenses, except damages for
land, which upon the return of the commissioners
appointed by the act of eighteen hundred and
sixty, chapter one hundred and fifty-two, to open
said road, shall actually appear to have been
properly incurred in the said counties, respec-
tively.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from the day of its passage.

Durocher McLaughlin, to Charles Louis Dur-
ocher.

of Maryland, That the name of Charles Louis Dur-
ocher McLaughlin, infant son of Doctor David
Barnum McLaughlin and Maria Louisa McLaugh-
