State Taxes in the Second Election District of
Howard District, for the years eighteen hundred
and forty-five and eighteen hundred and forty-six,
be. and he is hereby authorized and required to re-
ceive the, receipts of the State's Attorney for How-
ard District of Anne Arundel county, to James
Treackle, and other sureties of said William H.
Crawford, Collector as aforesaid, as so much money
paid the, State on account of said Collector.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, ' That this act shall
take effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to allow Alexander Woolford, Sheriff of
Dorchester county, further time to execute his
official bond.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Alexander Woolford, Sheriff
of Dorchester county, be and he is hereby allowed
until the first day of May next to execute his
official bond.
