CHAPTER 181.

AN ACT to authorize the Trustees of Primary
School District, Number Thirty-one, of Fred-
erick county, to sell and convey a School House

and Lot in said District.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That Dr. William S. McPherson,
Frederick Lightner and Israel Sweeny, Trustees of
School District Number Thirty-one, in Frederick
county, or their successors in office under the Pri-
mary School Laws of said county, be and they are
hereby authorized to sell and convey to the pur-
chaser, a school house and lot in said district, and
to apply the funds from the sale thereof, to the
erection of another school House in a more central
part of said district.

In force.

Sec 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
