Commissions
of Executors
to be fixed by
the Orphans'
Courts.

ing be enacted as a substitute therefor: The seve-
ral Orphans' Courts shall fix the Commissions of
Executors, within twelve months from the grant
of administration, and in all subsequent accounts,
wherein Executors shall charge themselves with
further assets; and they shall fix such commissions
in all cases in which letters of administration have
been or may hereafter be granted, whether com-
missions are claimed. by the Executor or not, and
all commissions so fixed, shall be subject to the tax
imposed by the foregoing section.

Sec. 2 Ana be it enacted, That this act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.

AN ACT to repeal sections four hundred and
eighty-six, four hundred and eighty-seven, four
hundred and eighty-eight, four hundred and
ninety, four hundred and ninety-one, four hun-
dred and ninety-two, and four hundred and
ninety-three of Article four of Public Local
Laws, relative to the Inspection and Measure-
ment of Manure.

pealed.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That sections four hundred and
eighty-six, four hundred and eighty-seven, four
hundred and eighty-eight, four hundred and
ninety, four hundred and ninety-one, four hundred
and ninety-two, and four hundred and ninety-
three of Article four of the Code of the Public
Local Laws, relating to the Inspection and Mea-
surement of Manure, be and' the same are hereby
repealed.
