same order ; also to the owner of the schooner
"Taylor's Island," or order, twenty-five dollars
for use of said schooner by the same order ; also,
to pay the owners of the schooner "Past Grand,"
or order, twenty-five dollars for the use of said
schooner by the same order ; also, to pay the own-
ers of schooner " Albert Thomas," for use of vessel
in enforcing the oyster laws, twenty-five dollars ;
also, to pay James Langrell, for use of schooner
"Regulator," by order of the Sheriff, in enforcing
the oyster laws, twenty-five dollars.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That this act shall
take effect from its passage.

CHAPTER 159.

 

AN ACT to repeal the fifty-fifth; fifty-sixth and
fifty-seventh sections of Article third of the
Code of Public Local Laws, relating to the col-
lection districts of Baltimore county, and to in-
sert in lieu thereof the following sections :

20, 1862.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That the fifty-fifth, fifty-sixth and
fifty-seventh sections of Article third of the Code
of Public Local Laws, relating to the collection
districts of Baltimore county, be and the same are
hereby repealed and the following enacted as sub-
stitutes therefor :

Repealed.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That Baltimore coun-
ty shall be districted into eleven collection dis-
tricts : the first and thirteenth election districts
shall compose the first collection district ; the se-
cond election district shall compose the second col-
lection district ; the third election district shall
compose the third collection district ; the fourth
election district shall compose the fourth collec-
tion district ; the fifth and sixth election districts
shall compose the fifth collection district ; the
seventh election district shall compose the sixth
collection district ; the eighth- election district
