Sec. 2. Be it enacted, That theTreasurer upon
the warrant of the Comptroller, shall pay out of
any money not otherwise appropriated, said sum,
or so much thereof as may be required, in such
amounts as may be designated in the warrants to
be issued by the Governor.

AN ACT to authorize David Eyler, of School Dis-
trict Number Eighty-nine in Frederick county,
to sell and convey to any purchaser, all that lot
of and which was conveyed to him by Catherine
Weller, in trust for a site for a School House.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That David Eyler, be and he is
hereby fully authorized to sell and convey to any
purchaser, all that lot of land, called "Simons
Delight," situate and lying in Primary School Dis-
trict Eighty-nine in Frederick county, which was
conveyed to him by a certain Catherine Weller, in
trust for the site for a school house, and that he be
required to pay the proceeds of the sale thereof to
the present trustees of said district, or to their
successors, for the use of said Primary School
District.
