CHAPTER 94.

AN ACT entitled, An act to authorise the Trus-
tees of rrimary School District number Nine-
teen, of Anne Arundel county, to sell the lot of
ground on which the old School House is built,
and to select a site and build a new School House
in a more central place, and to authorise the
Commissioners of Anne Arundel county to levy
one hundred dollars on the assessable property
of said county, for building said School House.

SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That William H. Downs, Ran-
dolph S. Cromwell and William Hawkins, be and
they are hereby authorized to sell and convey the
lot of ground and School House of District number
Nineteen, which said lot was conveyed by deed,
dated twenty-third day of January, eighteen hun-

dred and thirty-three, to the Trustees of Primary
School number Nineteen, by John R. Thomas, and
to apply the proceeds of such sale to the building'

Sec. 2. And be it further enacted. That the Com-

to aid in the erection of said School House for Pri-
mary District number Nineteen.
