AN ACT appropriating a sum of money to pay
the claims of John Sfillivan, William J. Jewell,
William Dadds, George B. Parker, Jobs Him-
ilheber, Collins, Heath & Company, and Benja-
min A. Gailinger

pay.

SECTION 1 . Be it enacted by the General Assem-
bly of Maryland, That the Comptroller be and he
is hereby directed to issue his warrant upon the
Treasurer to pay John Sullivan, or order, seventy-
six dollars, for work done to House of Delegates;
to William J. Jewell, or order, sixteen dollars, for
varnishing balustrade and benches in lobby; to
William Dadds, or order, two dollars, for repair-
ing stove in Speaker's room; to George B. Parker,
or order, one hundred dollars, for arresting a
soldier who had committed murder in Allegany
county , to John Himilheber, for building coal
house in State House circle, seven hundred dol-
lars; to Collins, Heath & Company, or order,
two hundred and thirty dollars and forty-eight
cents, for repairs of furnace under Comptroller's
and Land offices; to Benjamin A. Gailinger, for
bill of expenses in arresting certain fugitives from
justice, one hundred and eighty-two dollars and
sixty-six cents.
