No. 390. An act to appropriate a sum of money to aid the
Union Relief Association of Battimore.

No. 391. An act to repeal section ninety-seven of Article
eighty-one of the Code of Public General Laws, entitled,
Revenue and Taxes, and to enact a substitute therefor, so as
to provide a more effectual mode of collecting the taxes upon
the stock of incorporating Institutions

No. 392. An act to authorize the issuing of new bonds in.
substitution of certain bonds heretofore authorized to be issued
by the Tide Water Canal Company, and the Susquehanna
Canal Company.

No. 393. An act to add a new Article to the Code of Pub-
lic General Laws, under the title of Military Agencies.

No. 394. An act further supplementary to an act entitled,
an act to revive the act to incorporate the Humane Impartial
Society of the City of Baltimore, and to change the name of
said corporation, passed January twenty-eight, eighteen hun-
dred and fifty, December session eighteen hundred and forty-
nine, chapter thirty-three.

No. 395. An act to prohibit Swine from running at large
in the Fifth Election District of Anne Arundel county.

No. 396. An act to refund to Samuel T. Stonestreet, late
Clerk of County Court of Montgomery county, a sum of
money erroneously paid by him into the Treasury.

No. 397. An act for the relief of Seth W. Warfield, late
Collector of Taxes in Howard county, and Eliaa W. Frost,
late Collector of Taxes in Howard district of Anne Arundel
county.

No. 398. An act to authorize and empower Ignatius Waters,
surviving trustee of the Methodist Episcopal Church at Brook-
ville, Montgomery county, to convey and deed to the Board
of School Commissioners of said county, a part of said Church
lot for the use of Public Schools.

No. 399. An act to add a new Article to the Code of Public
General Laws to be entitled, "Theatrical Exhibitions," to
provide for the regulation and government of such exhibi-
tions.

No. 400. An act to alter and change the name of Wm. M.
Risteau Brown, of Baltimore county, to Wm. M. Risteau.

No. 401. An act to re-enact and continue in force the act
of January session eighteen hundred and sixty-two, chapter
twenty-three, entitled, an act to appropriate a sum of money
